Welcome to B-Town Vapes Inc. By accessing our website or purchasing products in-store, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully to ensure compliance with applicable state and federal laws.

1. Age Restriction

• You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase or possess any vaping or tobacco-related products, in accordance with Federal Tobacco 21 Law and Montana Code Annotated § 16-11-305.

• We verify age for all purchases. Customers appearing under 30 must present a valid government-issued photo ID.

• Minors under 18 are strictly prohibited from possessing or using vapor products under Montana Code § 45-5-637

2. Indoor Vaping Ban

• Vaping is prohibited in all indoor public spaces across Montana under the Clean Indoor Air Act (Senate Bill 390, 2025)

• This includes retail stores, restaurants, bars, gyms, and other enclosed public areas.

3. Product Information

• Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for general informational purposes. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee completeness or error-free content.

• Products may be modified or discontinued without prior notice.

4. Health Disclaimer

• Vaping products are not approved by the FDA to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

• Use of these products may pose health risks, especially for individuals with respiratory or medical conditions. Consult a healthcare provider before use.

5. Product Use and Safety

• Use all products responsibly and according to manufacturer instructions.

• B-Town Vapes Inc. is not liable for damages or injuries resulting from misuse or negligence.

6. Federal Compliance

• We comply with the FDA’s Pre-Market Tobacco Product Application (PMTA) requirements. Products sold are either authorized or pending review3.

• We do not ship products via USPS due to the PACT Act amendment, which prohibits mailing of ENDS (Electronic Nicotine Delivery Systems)

7. Retail Licensing

• B-Town Vapes Inc. operates under a valid Montana retail license for the sale of vapor products as required by Montana Code § 16-11-303

8. Privacy Policy

• Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

9. Delivery Services

• As of January 11, 2024, our delivery services have ceased. Please visit your nearest B-Town Vapes location for purchases.

10. Loyalty Rewards

• Our loyalty program rewards customers at the time of purchase using their registered phone number.

• Points are non-transferable, expire one year from the date of issue, and can be redeemed on any in-store item.

• Program terms may change without prior notice.

11. Coupon Policy

• Coupons are valid only during promotional periods and for eligible products.

• One coupon per transaction unless otherwise stated.

• Coupons cannot be combined with other offers and have no cash value.

• Expired coupons will not be accepted.

• Non-discountable items include sale items, clearance, gift cards, special orders, and limited editions.

12. All Sales Final

• All sales are final. No returns or refunds.

• Customers are encouraged to test products before leaving the store.

• Report any issues immediately to store management.
