Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at B-Town Vapes & Glass! We appreciate your business and strive to provide you with the best products and services. As part of our commitment to customer satisfaction, we have established the following All Sales Final Policy for purchases made through our online vape store delivery service & In-store policy. 

1. All Sales Final: All sales made through our online retail vape store delivery service are considered final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any products purchased, except in cases where the product is damaged or defective upon receipt. (Must be reported before leaving our store to the manager) 

2. Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please speak to our store Management team to help resolve any issues that may arise. You should try any vape products prior to leaving our premises. 

3. Product Liability: We take product quality and safety seriously. If you believe that a product you purchased from our online retail vape store has caused harm or injury, please contact us immediately to report the incident. We will investigate the matter and take appropriate action in accordance with our product liability policies and legal obligations.

4. Compliance with Local Regulations: It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure compliance with local regulations and laws regarding the purchase and use of vaping products. We are not liable for any legal consequences resulting from the misuse or unlawful use of our products.

5. Modifications to the Policy: B-Town Vapes & Glass reserves the right to modify or update this All Sales Final Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the policy will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

Nicotine, Vape, & tobacco products do not have a warranty of any kind. 

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return only if the item is defective or damaged. This does not include nicotine or tobacco products. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, beverages), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We do NOT issue refunds store exchanges or credits only will be applied depending the circumstances.
